Food Additives & Supplement Ingredients
Fifty-nine food and supplement materials in three groups: functional ingredients (white oil, hydrocolloids, emulsifiers), mineral fortification salts, and standardised botanical actives. Each ships with specification sheet and COA; the actives carry stated assay so your formulation does not have to be re-validated batch to batch.
What this line covers
Food and supplement ingredients are bought on specification, not on description. Lutein is quoted at an assay; glucosamine sulfate is quoted as the potassium or sodium salt because the two behave differently in a tablet; chitosan is quoted by deacetylation degree and viscosity. Every product page states the CAS number, and the specification sheet states the assay range you will actually receive.
The line splits into three buying patterns. Mineral salts and acidulants are commodity volume — price and consistent particle size decide the order. Alginates and hydrocolloids are function-driven: you need a specific viscosity in a specific dispersion, and the grade follows from that. Botanical actives are specification-driven — assay, residual solvent, heavy metals and microbiology.
We do not claim certifications we do not hold. If your market requires a specific food-contact or supplement compliance document, tell us the destination country before ordering and we will confirm what can be issued with the shipment rather than after it.
Grades and specifications
What is available in this line, by product family. Exact assay, viscosity and mesh are confirmed on the specification sheet for each lot.

Is the white mineral oil food-contact compliant?
The food-grade grades are supplied against food-contact specification with COA stating the grade. Confirm the destination market's requirement before ordering so the correct document set is attached.
What assay do the botanical actives ship at?
Each active has a standard assay — for example curcumin 95%, silybin/silymarin standardised, lutein at the specified percentage. The exact range is confirmed on the specification sheet for the lot.
Can you supply glucosamine sulfate as the potassium salt rather than sodium?
Yes. Both the potassium and sodium salt are listed, along with glucosamine HCl and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine. State the salt form when enquiring — it changes the assay calculation.
