Rubber & Plastic Additives
Seventy-seven additives grouped by function: protection (antioxidants, HALS, UV absorbers, antidegradants) and processing (accelerators, metallic soaps, waxes). Most grades carry the standard industry numbering, so you can specify 1010, 168 or UV-326 and get exactly that.
What this line covers
Additives are bought by number, not by story. A processor specifying 1010 wants 1010 — same melting range, same assay, same performance in the oven test. That is why the whole line is organised around the standard industry designations, and why every product page states CAS number and molecular formula rather than marketing language.
The two families that drive most of our volume are antioxidants and light stabilisers, usually bought together because a polyolefin needs both primary and secondary protection to pass a weathering cycle. We supply single grades and ready blends (B225, B215) so a compounder does not have to pre-mix.
For rubber rather than plastics, the accelerators and antidegradants matter more than the UV package. CBS, TBBS and MBT cover the sulphenamide and thiazole routes; TMQ and 6PPD handle ozone and fatigue. Tell us your elastomer and cure system and we will recommend the pairing.

Buying questions
Do you supply blends or only single components?
Both. B225 and B215 are supplied ready-blended; single grades such as 1010, 168 and 626 are available separately if you prefer to weigh your own ratio.
Can you match a competitor's HALS grade?
Send the TDS of the grade you use. HALS are usually matched by molecular weight and monomeric versus polymeric structure — 770, 944, 622 and 783 cover most substitution cases.
Which stearate mesh sizes are stocked?
Zinc stearate in 200, 325, 600 and 800 mesh; calcium stearate in 100, 200, 325 and 600 mesh. Non-standard mesh is produced against order.
